珠海萬力達電氣自動化有限公司成立于2014年，前身珠海萬力達電氣股份有限公司成立于1991年，2007年深圳中小板上市，2014年經重大資產重組變更為珠海萬力達電氣自動化有限公司。

In 2007, Zhuhai Wanlida Electric Company limited by shares was listed on Shenzhen SME board. In 2014, it was changed to Zhuhai Wanlida Electric Automation Company with limited liability（called Wanlida Electric) after major asset reorganization.
